Vegas 6 Newbie – Tutorial
I am totally new to Vegas 6. I am totally new to transitioning my videos from my camera to a PC………………I have figured out how to capture the data, but that is all
I am interested in learning how to do some very basic things with this software, such as, adding together several of my movies into one project, adding a couple of effects like make some preliminary text or a banner………and then being able to burn to CD or DVD so that playback can take place on my DVD Player associated with my television………….can anyone recommend a basic tutorial that addresses the concerns that I have just illustrated?

Hi and Welcome to the forum
For DVD tutorials I suggest Vasst. They have a good set of tutorials on DVD and if you look ar9und their site you’ll possibly find DVD’s for Vegas 6. However we’re past 6 now up to Version 8 pro.
Also there’s Ed Troxel’s “Vegas Tips & Tricks newsletters availabloe for free that goes all the way back to Vegas 4 or 5 I believe. You can ownlod those in PDF format and they’re extremely helpful.

Also Class ON Demand has training DVD’s but I don’t know if they’ll still have Vegas 6.
