Hi recently upgrade to Vegas Pro 15 from 13.

15 does not see/have my ultimate S or Plural Eyes extensions? Previous upgrades (getting to 13) always picked these up automatically. What do I need to do?

Also noticed that it didn’t pull in any of my rendering templates? Everything is still there in 13 – neverr had this problem when updating before?

[Ken Matson] “15 does not see/have my ultimate S “

That’s because MAGIX made Vegas Pro 14 & 15 incompatible with Script plug-ins from Vegas Pro 13 and earlier. You can download the latest Ultimate S Pro installer which is compatible with Vegas Pro 15 from the download page on the vasstsoftware.com web site

PluralEyes will run under Vegas Pro 15. If you own a copy of PluralEyes 4.1 there is a simple fix that Red Giant is sending to folks. But, obviously Red Giant does not wish to sell PE4 for use with Vegas Pro 15. Must be a reason.

    From Red Giant PluralEyes Support:

While PluralEyes 4 is not technically compatible with Vegas Pro 15, there is a workaround that many of users have employed that have allowed them to use PluralEyes in their Vegas workflow.

    Close Vegas 15
Unzip the attached folder with the Vegas 14 extension
Place the folder under C:\ProgramData\VEGAS Pro\15.0
    Relaunch Vegas 15

I have a work around that does work… firstly make a folder called ‘Application Extensions’ in the Vegas 15 directory … then you need to cope a file called PE4VegasLoader14.dll from the Red Giant Pluraleyes folder into the New Application Extensions Folder… .. walla …. works happy editing
