Great! Thanks for the help. That at least gets to the bottom of what is going on. A gimbal on the bike is the next set then to smooth things out. The Digital gopro stabilization on the Hero 5 does not seem to help much.

Before you run out and spend a lot of money…
I’m not sure a gimbal is really what you want. That tries to keep your cam to face to a constant direction, regardless of how you turn with the bike.
Additional it won’t attenuate vibration.
(So at least not a 3 axis gimbal.)

Try a shock absorber before, if you really need the cam to be mounted directly on the bike.
And then the ND filters.
