Hi All. I’m working on an project rendered to Blue Ray. The playback in DVDA is stuttering a lot with the camera moves. I found a thread with a google search to turn off the GPU accelerator and that did not help. I did the render with the GPU on and off and am still getting the jitter. Any help would be appreciated!

    Thank you!

Can you explain a bit more what JITTER actually looks like. Do you mean like fuzzy or interlace issues.. Can you post a small clip of the problem or post a screen shot of the JITTER….

I’ll try to post a clip. The issue for example is when the camera pans left to right the video stutters and it not a smooth looking move. This is after the rendering. When I’m working on the timeline in Vegas the footage is smooth. It looks like the camera is “jerky” for lack of a better term.

    Thanks

Are you rendering to a lower frame rate than the source video? This could cause stuttering if you disabled resample and the movement is too fast.

I think I resolved this by using the Sony render settings instead of Main Concept. The footage was smooth when I reviewed on DVDA. Thank you!!
