Seems to be no way to turn off the Video Preview while rendering despite having deselected the option in the preferences tab.
Only option is to close the window prior to rendering.
Yes I have made the changes and restarted Vegas but to no avail.

Is there a known issue with this?
    Thanks as always

No. Working here. Did you enter FALSE and click APPLY.

Where exactly is their a “False” selection in the preferences tab?
I only see a box to check or uncheck, which I have done numerous times to no avail.

    Joe,

I’m curious on what issues you were having on wanting to turn off preview window?

    Sorry for the late reply.

No issues other than the option to not preview while rendering was not functioning regardless of the selection in the Video options tab.

I had to manually select FALSE as recommended under the hidden tab.

Tried many times to get it to work and this was the only option.
