    i have vegas 12, windows 7 and a blackmagic shuttle that records on .mov files which are compressed by avid DNxHD codec

    i can’t put the files into vegas, vegas can’t read them files

    i have 3 compression ways in the hyper deck, all are quicktime prores

    how can i solve this problem?

    Since I installed this codec, I’ve had no problem rendering to DNxHD or viewing DNxHD files on the timeline of Vegas Pro 12

    ok, thats a good article, thanks very much
    now i have a .mxf file which is based on avid DNxHD
    is that the same issue ?

    got it! thanks very much
    just changed the shuttle recording format to avid mov and it worked fine
    not sure though if it has the same quality

    now I have another issue
    when I import it to vegas, it gives me the creeps. like 12 audio channels ???!!!
