Vegas 11 Hangs on Initializing External Monitors

That should not affect the Resource Monitor.

Steve, UM, I am only relaying what SCS advised me to do for an issue of mine that relates very close if not the same to the problem Rick is having. My specs are the same as his. Here is the last reply from customer service.

I apologize for the lengthy response time to your technical support inquiry. We have been experiencing an increase in support demands from new product launches and we have fallen a bit behind on service requests. The circle windows flag is Windows 7, the Start button was Windows XP…
