Vegas 11 adding from the trimmer
Hi-I just upgraded from Vegas 8 to Vegas 11.
In V8, as I was watching a file in the trimmer, I could use I and O to mark a selection, then “Add Media from Cursor” to add the selection to the timeline, all while the video was playing.
In V11, I can mark I and O, but if I “Add Media…” while the video is playing, it just adds the entire clip. The yellow triangles (with grey bar between) marking the In and Out points are there, but I have to actually stop playback, THEN hit O for a blue region to be marked. Then “Add Media…” There’s probably a setting I need to change but I have no idea what it is.
I’m used to marking and adding clips on the fly so this is very annoying! 🙂
