Been having this issue for 4 months now. For some reason when I render a video the audio is slightly off sync in every player I’ve tried except quicktime. It also looks right in the Vegas editor. Any idea if this is a codec issue or a settling fix? It’s annoying having to use quicktime to watch anything I make.

It could be a codec rendering issue, and how
you configure your render settings…What format
    are you rendering out to?

Going into MP4. Rendering at 1280×720. Tried all kinds of different formats. Same issue still occurs.

If your audio is properly sync on the timeline,
and plays ok in quicktime and you render in different
formats….Then it doesnt seem like the issue is with Vegas.

Matt, have you installed any Codec packs lately? They do not socialise well with Vegas at all.

Just as a test, do a render to an m2t file or something other than your current format. Do the out of sync issues still crop up?
