    Hi Everyone!

I’ve googled far and wide, without a solution 🙁
Couldn’t find someone having my exact problem…but most of the results were from this forum- so I am hoping y’all can help me out!

Rendering a video with usually more than one audio/video tracks going on at once.
At the most, 3 audio, 3 video.

After render, the video is 100% perfect. The audio, on the other hand…
You hear no vocals, no background music, nothing- Just a constant meep meep meep meep throughout the entire 5 minutes. After going back into Vegas I’m pretty sure that the meep meep sound is actually the first frame of my background music audio track repeating over and over. I *think*

I have NO idea what could be causing this, so I’ll just list everything! hehe… (better to have too much info than not enough, right?)

Original vocal audio is from video: .MOV
(was having an issue with preview stuttering and lagging horribly, and the Sony website suggested renaming my files to .mp4, and bouncing, worked very well)!
So now I suppose I imported as: .MP4
    Background music: WAV
Sound effects: maybe 3 or 4 times I used a brief sound effect in .mp4

Had an issue yesterday when I tried to render- after 6 hours I get an error message that I don’t have enough memory, and the render canceled. I definitely had enough memory- Found a solution online
    1. Changed my puter’s Data execution prevention to exclude Vegas
    2. Changed Dynamic Ram Preview max to 0, threads to 1

    Rendered with these settings:
    WMV
    1440-1080
    Bit Rate: 192kbps

Did not customize it. Took 6 hours to render, with that horrible meep meeping.

Am currently rendering again with these settings:
    WMV
    CBR
    64kbps,44khz
    Video:
    CBR
    WMV
    640×480

    Custom Bit Rate: Internet/LAN: 1M

Not sure if it will work yet. Still have an estimated 5 hours of rendering time.

I made sure that none of the tracks were muted, and that the include audio option was checked.

I tried rendering out into .mp3 alone, and the sound was still
meep meep meep, even without the video.

It sounds beautiful when I bounce sections throughout, and even during regular preview.

I’m very new to this, and this is only the third Vegas video I’ve rendered- but the other 2 came out perfectly. Any suggestions and advice would be very appreciated!! Thanks!!!!
