Vegas 10 Pro – “Not Responding” FREQUENTLY!
The program freezes frequently.
This tends to happen when I am viewing a section to edit and hit either the pause button or the stop button. The pause button (or the stop button) appears engaged, but the play button does not cancel as expected; both the play and one or the other buttons I might have clicked stay depressed, causing the software to have a crisis and freeze!When I try to click one or the other of the buttons again, the all-too-familiar message appears:
(Not Responding)
…by which time I am being told the obvious:-)
anyway, why does this happen?
Would the answer be to install more RAM?
Here is a portion of my system report:
Total Physical Memory: 2,048.00 MB
Available Physical Memory: 391.52 MB
Total Virtual Memory: 2.00 GB
Available Virtual Memory: 1.96 GB
Page File Space: 1.85 GBplease advise if you know what might help. THANKS.
