You sure you use “ctrl D” to invoke the for different images in your preview window?

ctrl D doesnt do anything… all I get is one window with a blue line around it in the preview.. usually I would get divied up w/ 4 squares so I can see each vid track when I enable multi camera.. this is really annoying 🙁

also, I had to flip the first track vertically and when I enable multi it flips it back.. but that is a completely different issue I haven’t even gotten to yet 🙁

don’t get it, I’ve done this several times before.. its got to be a setting.. I just tried it with other video I have done before and still cannot do it…

That’s really bizarre, especially the flipping of the image. I have no idea. I think I’d try put a new instance of the video on the timeline and see if it works and if not maybe start a new project and see if it works. If it works in a new project you can always just copy and paste it over.

Vegas always seems to abandon any effects, cuts and corrects made to files once you add them to a multi-cam track. I always have to correct my footage first, and then make them tracks for multi edit if I made a correction while filming. The solo track seems like vegas isn’t seeing the other clips in the add on. If you select “takes” on the new multi-cam track, can you see all the track names now as takes?
