  Vector Paint in 5.5

  I am adding bullet tracers into a sequence, but im having trouble duplicating the tracers into multiple frames. In the vector paint settings, I have it set to “current frame” and I duplicate that layer several times to be able to move the tracers around to different parts of the frame at different times, but when i play it back, all of the tracers pop up on the same frame. I know it has something to do with “grabbing brackets” on the layer bar, but I cant find them anywhere.

  can anyone help me out?
