    Hello all the AE masters,

I have a newbie question. I imported a graphic from Illustrator to be animated in AE. My understanding was that since it’s in vector format I can scale up/down as much as I need while keeping the crisp edges of the graphic. But when I scale the imported image up (like 300%) the graphic gets very blurred and I’m really confused….

Does AE convert vector to pixel once it’s imported? Is there anyway that I can prep and import vector images without worrying about scaling and losing the quality?

    Please advise. Thank you!!

You will need to turn on continuously rasterize to prevent that from happening
