Hi we are cuttign a doc. using Varicam footage. The footage has been brought in via 1200A
SDI over Kona LH. Footgage shot at 60fps brought in at Panisonic DVCPRO HD 59.98 Kona setting. We used FRC to convert the footage. On some clips, not all of them, we are seeing the footgae have a few jitters or stutters when we render a subtitle over them. We have tried everything and can not come up with why this is happening. As I said it only hopens with some clips not all of them and there seems to be no comon variable in teh clips with problems. Any advcie would be appreciated.

    Thanks

We are sorry you are ahving a problem but you post is rather vague as to details

Was your footage shot at 60p or another frame rate – at 60p you will have 2.5x as much time with very slow motion.
With the overlay are you rendering the footage?
If not what color is the render bar?
Which OS, FCP version and QT are you using
What storage and how much is available.
    do you have enough ram?
