Does anyone know how to do a time ramp?

I want a clip to start at 100% then over a 5 second span ramp down to 0 and the freeze for the remander of the clip.

I thought Time Remap wold do it, but apparently not.

    Any help would be appreciated

    Thanks

Double click clip in timeline. Motion tab, at the very bottom. Time remaping. Have fun!

look into revision f/x for a plug in called twixtor. A little pricey, but well well worth the money if you need high quality time remap & slo mo.
