I have a client that sends me photos to make into a video. I built a template in After Effects to animate the pictures, not much, just come on screen, then go away. Some of the images are portrait, some are landscape. What I’d like to do, is add a mask to all the images (to round the corners), but I want it to adapt to each picture. Even if I use a percentage to make a mask, and copy that mask to a differently sized photo, then the mask maintains the same size and doesn’t fit.

Is it possible to have a mask adjust based on a percentage of the layer, rather than a set size?
