V6 Unable to Group clips
I just tried this in my Vegas 4, so I know I’m not crazy.
I select five clips, hit “G” for group and, when I deselect, the five clips stay grouped and I can move them around together or time stretch them altogether.
In V6, I do the same thing and, when I deselect, and drag any clip, it moves independently and is not with the group.
I even tried selecting all the clips and then using Rt Click / Group / Add new Group, but still the same problem. I double checked and compared my prefs in V4 and V6 and they’re the same. Any suggestions?
I’m trying to compress these five clips but, soon as I start to, they ungroup.Thanks,

Do you have “Ignore Event Grouping” turned on? If yes, turn it off.
