V16 – any easy way to get say a 10x to 100x speedup on a clip?
This was discussed years ago re v13 or some such, and I see v16 has the same x4 max limitation.
I know about the option of rendering the clip after a x4 speedup, importing it, doing another 4x, rendering again, etc. And there is some complicated way of nesting projects.

I wasn’t sure which is the preferred forum for Vegas. In years past there was just C/Cow (well, along with many other video forums) and then there was some official move to the other one.

The more places you put the question, more likely you will get an answer(s). I just didn’t know if you were coming back here to post the solutions for others that may read your thread in the future, so I jumped in with the link. Movie Studio Zen is another forum for Vegas questions I find helpful.
