    Hi,
I’ve created a cell with tentacle like arms. I used MoExtrude to extrude 3 individual polys. I used a separate selection tag for 3 different mo extrude objects. I did this so I could keep the angle of the arms live, and tweak it for a few different versions. Two part question –
1- When I try to UV map this model, I cant access the extruded polys since they are procedural. Is there any way to fix this without actually creating polys?
2- I actually get a decent texture when using cubic projection. This works fine for my work, but I was thinking of transferring this model to another 3D user at the office. When I use a cubic projection which looks pretty good, and then click “generate UVW coordinates” I was hoping I’d get a UV map with that same projection, but it’s not really close to the cubic projection that looks good. Any thoughts on this?
