I’m producing a modest documentary shoot in Korea in August and have a couple of nice lectrosonics wireless mic setups I’d like to use. I’ve also got an assistant who knows how to use them competently. From what I can tell, however, the channel ranges won’t be authorized for use in Korea. So, what are my best options? Can I rent wireless gear in this country that will be usable in Korea? I realize I could rent gear in Korea, but that would presumably mean having to hire a local sound person to operate it, too, which I’d like to avoid. Suggestions? Does anyone have experience using U.S. wireless audio gear in Asia?
    Thanks!
