    Using Voice Over Tool with Io Box

    Hi,

    I tried to do a voice-over recording using the Voice Over Tool but I wasn’t allowed to select the AJA Io audio input until I set the External Video to OFF. Somehow setting it to ALL FRAMES disabled the selection in the Voice Over Tool.

    So what do I do if I need to playback the timeline for the voice over talent to view and use the Voice Tool Over to do the voice over recording instead ?

    Any advise appreciated.

    I am not certain, but do you have a video signal going to the io? I think you must feed the io a video signal and then it might work.

    Scratch that, I think that was left over from my old blackmagic days. I’m not sure if the io will work as it’s not a core audio device?
