    Hi,

I’m filming a live recording tonight with two EX1s.

The client goes very quiet and then very loud so on this occasion I’m going to set the G2 mics to automatic.

As he jumps around a lot and any touch on the connector seems to cause a crackle, I was going to link him up to two G2 mics – one receiver on each camera.

Do I need to be aware of interference?

    Kind regards,

    Olly Lawer

I’m not aware of any “automatic” setting on a G2 wireless. If you’re using one transmitter & two receivers than everything has to be on the same frequency. Your crackling sound is most likely caused by either a loose connection at the transmitter input or a bad connection in the mic connector.
