using two different graphics cards to run multiple displays
From what I’ve read it should be a simple matter to use two different graphics cards so that I can run 3 displays on my Windows 7 machine.
Currently I have a GTX580 3Gb installed and I’d like to install my old Geforce 8600GT to run a third monitor.
Does anyone know how this will affect After Effects? Will I have to specify which card After Effects should use for render in anyway or will it automatically revert to the 580 in some way?
It’s possible this creates issues I’m not aware of in After Effects or Premiere. If anyone has any other insights that would be awesome! Thanks in advance for your advice!
