    Hi,

I am new to using this feature and would appreciate any suggestions.

I have created various bins/folders of footage and in each I have added custom columns that relate to my projects. I would now like to use the search function in PP to bring those items up in my Project folder or even in the bin/folder.

But when I create a search, I try to select my custom columns but cannot see them. Am I restricted to Adobe columns at the moment, or is there a setting to allow my custom data?

    Thanks

    M

Searching for media or files seems to work with a keyword in the standard search window.

In fact, if I select “All metadata” and place my keyword in, then the search function as a ‘bin’ and can be found further down the Project.
