  using Sony HXR-MC1 with avid media composer….

  Hello all,

  I’m starting a show where there will be up to 50 cameras grouped together and 6-12 of the cameras are proposed to be using HXR-MC1 cards for capturing and importing. I see this creating all sorts of problems in post with grouping and onlining? Is the timecode stable? Anyone used this camera with Avid software? Anyone have any other solutions or resources i can investigate this format?

  the cameras will be moving and possibly crashed into, so we want a smaller space to contain all the feeds in each vehicle.
