Using Resolve to batch export

you can certainly set up different timelines within a project, or even across different projects, and tell resolve to batch export those. Its not listed as a specific function in the box. In your delivery page, on the lower right corner where your start output button is, you can right click and it will show you all sequences across all projects waiting to be output.

If it is individual clips you want to do, just set up a timeline with all those clips, and create a quicktime output setting that makes individual outputs instead of 1 big clip.
