    Hi,’

I am using Premiere Pro2. And use After Effects for the final touching up in the levels and everything. I had thought in using Adobe Production Studio, I would not have to render the avi out to After Effects. But it seems that you can import your timeline from AFX to Premiere Pro but not from Premiere to AFX. Sounds very stupid to me.

Does anybody know this for sure ?

you can import Premiere project files using the “Import” command in AE. Alternatively, you can copy a clip, or as many as you want, in the Premiere timeline, and paste them into AE. Drag & drop does not work.
