using ntsc footage on pal timeline
is it ok to just import ntsc footage and put it on my pal timeline?
will it be seen properly on pal tvs?
any advice?

No. The material needs to be properly converted with a hardware or a software standards converter like Nattress’ https://www.nattress.com.
