  Using Mettle Mantra with AE

  For the life of me, I cannot get the Globe Preview to show the content of the timeline. The tutorial says simply click the layer and it will display, but I just get the default image.

  On that note, their support options are woeful. The only contact point is via a support email where you must have a serial number. Tough if you are media / press or trying the demo. No phone number, generic email. Nothing except a Facebook page that points you straight back to the support form.

  Bewdy… NOT.

  Anyone have any success in this area? If I drag a filter to my footage it show the effect (it is from a 360Fly 4K) so its not that.
