  Using filters and removing dust in Photoshop CS6 Video

  I’ve tried converting my layer to a Smart Object but it won’t seem to play once I add another effect.

  Basically I’m trying to do things like Sharpen and use the Rubber Stamp tool and apply it to an entire clip, not a sequence of stills, but an actual existing video.
