  Using FCP6 with Pro Tools M-Powered and CS3 FLASH???

  Hi,

  I wanted to ask any of you experts here what you know and think? I have two questions I’ll preface with a description of my gear: MacPro quad core, 1TB of storage across three internal drives (7200 seagates), 9GB RAM, Leopard on one hard drive and Tiger 10.4.9 on another.

  I am using Final Cut Studio version 2, I do music with Reason 4.0 and Pro Tools M-Powered 7.4, Photo/Graphic/Print with CS3 extended design premium.

  1) I am editing a short film right now and was wondering how Pro Tools works cross platform with Final Cut 6? I am thinking about buying DigiTranslator 2.0 so that I can use my audio software to do the sound mixing and mastering???

  2) What is the best way to work between Flash in CS3 and FCP 6? Do I need a buy a specific third party plug-in for encoding or just use a certain serious of steps and settings already inbuilt inside the programs???

  Any help answers or experiences or points in the right direction would be awesome.
