    Hey!

this might be a newbie question, but i have a video of talking head, and a still picture of a face. i’m trying to apply the movment of the head in the video onto the picture. i used face tracking both on the video and the picture (obviously, there wasn’t any change in the keyframe in the still picture).
i copied the entire face tracking effect from the video and paste it in the picture. now i have a set of beutifull colored dots dancing on top to the picture, but no movment/distortion at all in the picture.

i know it might look bad, and maybe the a better way to make a picture move,
so please, i’ll realy would like to hear any advise on how to use face tracer right, or even a better way to make this effect..

    thanks!
