    Now that I have upgraded EVERYTHING… FCP5.0.4 Studio – 10.4.4 my keyboard is not 100% right. I have an EZ KEYBOARD for FCP. Not all of the keys are right. FOr instance, when I try to superimpose F12, my screens greys and dashboard activates. I don’t know why since I am in FCP. Why would Dashboard come up? Do I need to install new drivers or something?

    It’s probably a default setting in your OSx system preferences.

    I’ve changed my expose and dashboard settings so that they are ‘apple+F12 etc’
    Seems to solve all of the conflicts I have come across so far.

    But isn’t Command(Apple)+F12 “External Video All Frames” in Final Cut Pro?

    I think Option+F12 is available.
