Using Essential Graphics corrupts graphic
I’m trying to get a handle on using the Essential Graphics panel to edit AE comps within PPro. My previous workflow had always been importing the comps into PPro as “clips” using dynamic link, but the most recent Adobe update has created a bug in that workflow.
I open AE, select comp, send to Essential Graphics panel, add the parameter I want to make editable (in this case, position only), then save to My Library.
Then I open PPro, browse My Library within the Essential Graphics panel there, and pull the graphic down to the timeline.
Am I doing anything silly at this point? This is my basic understanding of the workflow using Essential Graphics.
Well, what I’m finding is that a lower third that is supposed to look like this:
(and which looks like that both in AE and in the thumbnail of the PPro Essential Graphics panel) ends up looking like this on the timeline:
Can anyone tell me why this is happening to the colors of my lower third?
