  using effects

  Hello
  I have a four layer 1920×1080 project with a base background and 3 tif & alpha logos supered. I want to bring those in with an effect, like page peel. Page peel isn’t using the graphic so it just stays in place. When I up the highlight I see the page turn but it is transparent and doesn’t “carry” the graphic I’m trying to peel. So what am I doing wrong on this one? I’m on MacPro and my audio engineer has FCP on G5 and it seems to work there. Why not on a cat-daddy system with dual processors? Thanks.
