    I understand how to add a background video. I want to know, when you select the chapter you want to watch, how do you get the little transition video before the actual movie starts.

    For example, when you watch Star Wars, the first thing you see is the little intro video, then the menu buttons appear. When you select one of the menu buttons you do not go straight to the movie, instead, you see a little video transition, and then it goes to the movie. How do I insert one of those little transition videos?

    You place them before your movie. So instead of the button linking to the movie (or next menu) you have the button link to the transition video, and then set the end action of the transition video to play the movie or next menu.

    Thank you so much Mr Rofrano for your kind advice. Do you know a tutorial or something that can “walk me through” this because I’m kind of new to DVD Architect (well, this part of it anyways).

    I can follow you up until setting the “end action”. I have it linked to the transition video but when I choose “End Action” I have the following options:

    Command = Link
    Destination = Most Recent Menu
    Destination Item = Start

    This is the part where I *think* you were talking about linking up to the movie. Unfortunately there’s no way I can link to the movie unless the movie is already on the DVD somewhere. And if I put the DVD somewhere on the front page menu, I can try to make the button “text only” and then delete the text so that there is no button visible and only the link to the transition exists. Is this the way to do it?
