Any recommendations for a good Codec that will make reasonably sized movies that will look good played back during a Keynote presentation? I use FCP 5 and Compressor. I also have Cleaner 6, but I haven’t been impressed with the video quality coming out of Cleaner.

You can either embed or use a separate QT player. Which do you prefer? Or with which method are you more familiar?

The biggest problem most slide show folks have is failing to understand the playback capabilities of their host machine. I try to stick with conventional DV if my prezo playback is from a Macintosh, Powerpoint or Keynote. If I’m forced to port my video to a PC, I use WMV and whine.
