In my old FCP workflow, I would take a large clip into the viewer and add markers with comments so I could later come back and find certain portions of the clip that I wanted. As a recent convert to PP, I have been rather frustrated for new ways of doing things and shortcomings of PP. However, I’m pleased to announce something I like about PP BETTER than FCP…

    Markers.

If I create a clip marker, I can see a list of all the COMMENTS for each marker in a window pane. Though in FCP this was possible through a drop down arrow on the clip, you couldn’t see all the comments if they were long.

I would still like the option to be able to see the clip marker comments in the main project bin, but this will do for now.
