  using Carbon Copy Cloner

  I have my Maxtor drive mounted on my desktop via firewire. Yet, CCC doesn’t see it! i don’t understand why. I also tried connecting another drive, a G-Drive, and CCC recognizes it! So i don’t understand why when i have the Maxtor connected it says it can’t find any mounted drives.
  This is a problem because i really need to clone the Maxtor drive to The G-Drive.
  Help anyone?
