Using Audio inputs for voicework
Just curious. I have a 4 channel, powered mixer. Maybe with Logic or Soundtrack Pro (or even FCP), can I use the line outs from the mixer into the inputs on the breakout cable and capture live Audio through the Kona 3?

Sure. You’ll want to send a stable video source to it for reference, though. You don’t have to capture video, it doesn’t need anything fancy, just a stable video signal.

The KONA 3 is digital only. It does not have analog inputs!!!

Wow. Forest <> Trees! Of course, it’s AES audio in only. We feed analog signals to our Kona 3 with the AJA IO or our digital audio console.
