  Using After Effects with Avid in Film project?

  I’m working on a film, using an Avid Adrenaline on a PC…our project is 24frame needles to say. I want to give an After Effects artist all the media from a scene bin for this montage…he needs QT files and he is on a mac…then he will use Automatic Duck to export the sequence to my Avid…is there anything I need to watch out for in a film project that needs to output an EDL for the online editor? Thanks for any help anyone might have, how are you film editors plugging into the world of After Effects and FCP editors?
