Using AE Text Presets in Premiere Pro
Is it possible to use the text animated presets from AE in Premiere Pro 2? There are SO mony more cool animated text presets in AE and it would be such a big help if I can use them in Premiere Pro and not have to go through the trouble of rendering some titles in AE and then import it to PPR. (I don’t have the dynamic link that combines AE with PPR).

Not that I can tell, the animation/keyframe API system in After Effects does not translate to the API of Premiere.
Not yet. We have no idea what the next rev of Adobe’s video suite will include, especially now that Premiere is coming back to the Macintosh.
