I am an After Effects veteran just digging into Motion for the first time. My stupid question is…

If I have a 3D project (with a camera), how can I have a 2D animation or video file act as a static background while not being subject to the camera motions? In AfterEffects, I would just be able to toggle that one layer to be 2D.
