Using a 3rd monitor on Final Cut
Hey everyone, so I just upgraded my video card to handle three displays.
I’m running two 27inch Mac LED displays via mini DP port, and one DVI port connected to a Panasonic monitor
My question is, I have Final Cut on and I want Full Screen to display on the third monitor. Either mirrored from the 2nd screen, or just having it up on the third screen with the 2nd monitor being free.
Doing this because we are adding a couch to out studio with a monitor on the wall for clients to be able to sit and watch their video instead of hovering over the editor.
What I have done so far is.
View > Video Play Back > Digital Cinema Desktop Preview – Full Screen
Then I go
View > External Video > All Frames.
But it keeps going into my 2nd monitor. Any suggestions on either mirroring the 2nd display or having Final Cut show playback on both the 2nd and 3rd monitor?
