  Using 30p in a 24p project

  Thanks for any advice you can give me with an issue here:

  We had some field video come in shot in 30p while everything else was shot 24 p. When we preview the shots from the 30p, the pans and zooms are really jumpy.

  Any advice on a good way to convert the 30p to 24p, or another way to mix this without the jumping issues?
