  User Profile in 6.0.3

  Based on advice on the official Avid board, I was advised to create a new user profile to fix an oddball audio issue,

  I tried creating new user profile and now am unable to exit Avid.

  I get the attached message, seems something has gone awry with user settings.

  How does one delete/repair/start afreash in this case?
