I was wondering the same thing. Has anyone figured it out? Snapchat, the app, uses this trick – it uses the phone’s gyros to track its motion and allows you to place text/stickers in 3D space

aandd while searching, found this : https://www.trackfinger.com/
lets you import tracking data as keyframes into after effects ! havent used it, but will look into it and post any findings
