    Hi there, guys.

In R10b. Is there any danger for switching on Use Display GPU for Compute?

I’m finding that my system really lags when I’m in the EDIT (CONFORM) window and zoom in & out in the timeline. As well as scrolling. I’ve experienced this in R9 before too but not as bad as what it is now…

    These things even related?

    GPUs:
    680 GTX
    Q4000 (GUI)

    Thanks!

    UPDATE:

Using Display GPU for Compute on or off makes no difference on the issue I just explained.

Turns out that it is the XML that I used from PP. I trashed that and went the SPLIT & ADD route with and EDL and now I have super fast response in EDIT. Yiy! Back to work.
