  USB Flash drive and external HD Locked can not unlock

  My external HD used for Time Machine some how got lock and don’t have any option to unlock, not in get info or Disk Utility. Same thing with my USB Flash drive. My HD is Mac OS Extended for TM and USB Flash is Fat 32. i found way to fix it but they used PC i don’t have access to PC. I know how to lock and unlock in get info bit it just says “you can read only”and no way to change it on both the USB Flash and TM HD. Here is image of USB Flash get info
